Diana Kayla Hochberg<\/strong> is a genealogist, educator, and author of her debut memoir, CONNECTED: Finding My Truth (2025). Born in Montreal and raised in New York, she is a Late Discovery Black Market Baby whose search for her origins led to a life of advocacy, research, and storytelling. Her work focuses on helping both adoptees and non-adoptees uncover hidden family histories, particularly those shaped by secrecy, loss, or unexpected DNA discoveries.

A member of the British Columbia Genealogical Society and the National Genealogical Society since 2017, Diana specializes in using genetic genealogy to rebuild missing family lines and guide others through complex identity journeys. She brings decades of leadership and teaching experience to her work.
